Responsible for the planning, appraisal, implementation and financial control of major systems projects for the Underground and for the improvement of the safety, efficiency and quality of train services.

Employed, first by Kennedy Henderson Ltd, then by Eurotunnel, to manage transformation for �10bn international railway from civil engineering project to operational business.
