1967 Tube Stock at Northumberland Park
Few good photos exist of 1967 Tube Stock because the Victoria Line is all in tunnel and the only place where the trains can be seen in the open is at the depot at Northumberland Park in North London. The depot is difficult to get to and it's difficult to get a good position for photography. This 8-car train entering the depot shows how the fleet looked until refurbishment started in 1990. All cars were unpainted and only motor cars had the word UNDERGROUND along each side to indicate ownership.
